A refund will be issued for unopened Super Steril Sticks returned to us. You must provide a brief written explanation of why you are returning the unopened Super Steril Sticks.
Refund Amount:
We will charge a $2 restocking fee for each Super Steril Stick that has been used. Opened or partially used sticks are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.

Complete the RMA form provided by our team and include it with your return shipment. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the product, with shipping charges prepaid, to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
